COUNTER HELP

We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time counter help to join our growing staff at both locations. This is customer service driven position with shifts available between 6am-6pm Monday-Saturday and 7a-3pm Sundays.

Duties

• Customer Service

• Packing customer orders

• Taking customer orders in person and on the phone

• Answering the phone

• Register/Cash handling

• Keep bakery displays filled

• Maintain cleanliness and organization

• Light baking duties as necessary

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Friendly with positive attitude

• Ability to stand on your feet for extended period of time

• Flexible availability that must include weekends and holidays

• Motivated individual with strong work ethic

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements

• Food industry experience or customer service experience

• ServSafe certified

BAKERS

We are seeking passionate and skilled Bakers to join our growing staff at both locations. The ideal candidate(s) will have demonstrated baking experience in a professional setting. Candidates with a strong background in the food industry will be considered. As a baker, you will be responsible for making a variety of baked goods while ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. This is primarily an overnight position with full-time and part-time shifts available between 12am (midnight)-12pm (noon).

Duties

• Prepare, mix, and bake a wide range of pastries, icings, cakes, stickybuns and other baked goods.

• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

• Communicate with team members to meet production goals.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.

Basic Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines

• Committed interest in baking

• Food industry experience

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand on your feet for extended period of time

• Weekend and holiday availability

• Motivated individual with strong work ethic

Preferred Requirements

• Baking experience in a professional setting or a similar role within the food industry

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
